When my husband and I got ready to build our dream house on our hilltop lot, we interviewed six different builders. Jim Lawler quickly rose to the top as our choice as he listened and was able to capture our dream.

He worked with us as we did some revisions and Jim told us to mentally move into the home so we could make any changes on paper rather than making changes while the home was under construction. Once construction began, we made daily visits to find the subcontractors very respectful and the job site as clean as a pin, quite unlike our previous semi-custom home experiences. During framing, one of the men made a creative suggestion that made our home even better than we planned.

Lawler Construction came in on time with the project, and we would have been on budget had the town of Clarkdale not hit us with a sprinkler system we didn't plan. After moving in, we had three things that needed tweaking, and Jim took care of them right away. In our previous experiences, we had PAGES of items that needed fixing.

During the first two years, a few things cropped up and Bret, the job superintendent, was prompt, thorough and competent. We have enjoyed our home for over three years, and we still have utmost respect for Lawler Construction's integrity and capability. Customer satisfaction could not be surpassed.
